Each time you come in for your regularly scheduled appointments, you have the chance to earn Rewards Club Stickers. The goal is to collect as many stickers as you can and trade them in for gift cards or Petite Dental & Orthodontics merchandise. Use your gift cards to reward yourself with something fun and exciting. You deserve it!
EARNING IS EASY! HERE’S HOW TO EARN REWARD STICKERS!
1 Sticker:
• Wear your Petite Dental T-shirt to your appointment
• Excellent brushing with spotless teeth
• Arrive on time with nothing loose or broken
• Wear your appliances (elastics, headgear, etc.)
• Losing a baby tooth since your last visit
• Become our fan on Facebook/Instagram — “Petite Dental”
• Check in on Facebook — “Petite Dental & Orthodontics”
• Check in on Yelp — “Petite Dental & Orthodontics”
• Participate in our office contests
• Bring in a test paper with an “A” (limited one per visit)
• Register for an activity, sport, band, dance, community
service, etc. (proof of enrollment required)
5 Punches:
• Teeth cleaned and cavity free (verification from your
dentist required)
• Keep your Orthodontic Observation appointments
• Straight “A’s” on your report card
10 Punches:
• Comprehensive New Patient Exam with Dr. Sint
20 Punches:
• Refer a Friend for a Complimentary Orthodontic Exam
• Refer a new patient for a Dental Exam/Cleaning
• Leave a review on our Yelp and/or Google page
